Multicultural Engagement

Multicultural Engagement fosters an inclusive and rewarding experience for all students at Rutgers by enhancing connections among students and faculty through curricular and co-curricular educational and community development opportunities.

These programs include community connections, which provide undergraduates an opportunity to reach out to current high school students; collectives, which serve to enrich the experiences of students who have historically been underrepresented at Rutgers; academic collaborations that provide students with the chance to engage other students, faculty and administrators in meaningful discussions about diverse issues affecting the local, domestic and global communities; and research and assessment that highlights the experiences of students from various backgrounds at Rutgers.
